Yeah it seemed like the one from MK 2 didn't try hard enough plus he looked like crap and the one from the series tried too hard and didn't have the voice of Rayden. They were suppose to make an MK3 and bring back Lambert but things suddenly fell apart in the last 6 months.

The 1st one was awesome.....with the minor exception that most of the actors had no idea how to.....act. Also, the whole "Killing sub-zero" thing was very awesome, but it made me sad cry

Sonya's (Bridgette Wilson) acting was horrible and the others were plausible. I didn't like Subzero's death either and the way it was done because three drops of water shouldn't form a 6 foot spike of ice. Besides those two things and Goro falling off the cliff even though he had four arms, its awsome. But, really I just give them credit for doing everything they did with only two 2D Super Nintendo games to work with and a lousy budget.

I think by the time the movie was made MK3 was out too. I remember i had it.....
But yeah, i get what you're saying. Oh man, and Jax in the second one......it made me want to swallow cyanide

Yeah, but they wrote and filmed it before the 3rd game was released.
Shao Kahn was even worse and the animalities weren't even necessary.

lol, ok or you can just check out this picture from the show and click this LINK for info. Apparently Luke Perry did Subzero's voice and Ron Perlman (Hellboy) did Stryker's voice.
