most violent sub-genre

just wonderin which sub genre would be considered the most violent
cannibal,,revenge,,zombie,,slasher
its a pretty hard choice they all have some ulta violent films but i would have to go with revenge films as the most shocking genre overall

yeah i spit on your grave was one of the main reasons i chose to go with revenge as well

Zombie..main reason lies in two films. "Day of the Dead" and "Dead Alive". Technically speaking, zombie films are cannibal films..

Id go with Zombie because of Resident Evil with the zombies eating everybody

I'd say the most violent sub-genre would be biblical epics...

...seriously, I think Dead Alive pretty much throws the bone straight to Zombie. No pun intended.

I dunno...it's a tough one...it would be between cannibal and Zombie, though.
