leader cant even destroy the hulk.....he is just a human with a big head.and alittle smarter then ur average joe.....braniac destroyes entire civilizations....he is one of the greatest minds......and he has a physical body to match......also he has excess to advacned forms of tech....which leader cant even dream of,....

This is a tough one to call...if both have prep I'd say that it would have to go to the one who has access to the most rescources.

So which one is that?
