Superboy wopuld likely win.His powers are really tough to go against and hes picked apart the entire Titans team on his own.None of the Batman/Spiderman villians are particularly well built to beating something like him

Tri-Sentinel is chocked full of magic, touching will be pretty hard to do since guys like Sandman, Clayface, Carnage, will be on him like flies on sh!t. All of them... No way. One on one, he has adecent chance. But not all of them.

Morlun has also battled Thor.

not all of them at once but one on one he stands a chance. and Superboy grown up used his TTK and was unaffected by CM magical lightning. He is powerful.

To be fair though Tri-sentinel was something he only fought evenly with when he ad the Captain Universe powers.Its not a regular Spidey Villian same with things like Juggernaut and Loki

Spidey fought it twice. Once when he was Captain Universe, the other when he was his normal weak a$$ self. With the aid of Richard Rider of course.

For me this is a no brainer. Of course all of the spidey and batman villains would win. All together and one on one. Even though if it was one on one he could beat them at the beggining, he would eventually get tired and then he'd have to face villains like carnage, venom, doc oc, green goblin, spider x, and so on. Super boy would eventually fall.

Superboy possess all of Superman's powers almost on an equal degree.
Superboy's TT has evolved granting him to dissaemble things in a considerable radius or to affect beings lifting or crushing them with ease.
He can also project heat vision, possess superhuman senses, and his invulnerability is uncanny.
Now, all of Spidey's and Batman villains in a Royal Rumble are going to lose, only Juggernaut or Loki will gave him troubles, cause Magic is a weakness for the Superman junior as for the Big S.
But all the others are screwed.
