He possess superhuman strenght above that of Spidey, between Class 15/20, durability, endurance, limitless stamina and regenerative powers, superhuman reflexes, adamantium claws and bones, superhuman senses, he's as old as Wolvie if not more, he possess hth training as C.I.A. agent and other fightning skills tough he prefers to be more up, close and brutal than use his skills.
He took out the skin from Wendingo recently.

I also see people referring back (a lot) to that Spider-Man/Punisher/Sabretooth crossover claiming that Sabretooth embarrassed both of them as if they were working together.... yet no-one seems to remember that Spider-Man spent most of his time trying to keep Sabretooth and Punisher from killing each other .... and in fact he saved both their lives during that encounter
Not once during that story did Spider-Man and Sabretooth square off for a one on one fight

Sabretooth also destroys the Native after previously not even being able to SEE her move and getting pawned. Rucka was just very inconsistant in his handling of the character.
And as far as speed goes: Wolverine has never had trouble hitting Spider-Man. Sabretooth is faster than Wolverine. It's academic.

as far as sabretooth not being able to get out... he didn't have a lot of time to do so, nor leverage to do so... but I stand with riceroost on this one he's absolutely correct.
