its well known that most girls have one breast slightly bigger than the other. The same applies for guys and their balls... fellas you know exactly what Im talking bout, one may hang lower than the other. It applies for any part of the body that has ann opposite ie, your legs, feet, eyes, right and left side of the mouth, nose and so on and so forth.

Depending what your dominant foot is. ie right footed or left footed. They measure the dominant foot. If youre ambidextrous they measure the right I think, most shoe stores don't bother with that though, because the difference is too insignificant in most cases.
