Crucifixion is the second worst death during that time. the Syrians use to skin people alive exposing the flesh and bone.

And Constantine the Christian founder of the church, boiled his wife alive and murdered his son......

Constantine was suppose to be the first Christian ruler or Rome, but I don't think so. He was a pagan who worshiped the sun and moved church services on Sunday, when it should be like what the Jewish consider to be the sabbath from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday, but the sabbath can be any day if you think about it.

stoning was the easiest and cheapest persecution. Alot of people in Israel were stoned to death but mostly by the old testament standards, the new testament put that away for good.

just s cheap to cut somebodys head off

stoning would be easier because a person would simply pick up stones instead of buying an axe. stones are free, everything else is worth money.

True, he also made Easter the holy day of the resurrection when according to scripture it should of been on Passover fest kept by the Jews.....

But If I had a choice, I'd take the ax.....but...poison would be my first choice.......But that wasn't the way it was in that time in history.....

So......I pick stoning....

only need one axman and the soldiers/authorities have weapons

they probably won't give them to you

no cause they would do the execution, this way it would seem the authority had some control

true

No He wasn't, He was a Jew. Jesus was born in Bethlehem a town located in the province of Judea. But Jesus was raised in Nazareth a city in the province of Galilee.
