please help with this spidey comic

hi everyone, im new to this site.
i was just wondering if anyone could find the comic that im about to describe.
im tryng to find out for a friend of mine who doesnt really remember too much
about it and would like to know what happends as far as spidermans escape.

spiderman gets trapped in a swimming pool at aunt mays nursing home.
mysterio is possibly on the cover. also it is most likely from the early 70s.

if anyone has any info on this it would be a great help.
