Who Would Win In A Star Wars Duel? Luke Or Anakin?

Who would win, Anakin Skywalker, or Luke Skywalker both having one arm missing and both being experienced Jedi?

I Think Anakin would because he had teachings from Obi-Wan a master who was trained by Yoda and Qui-Gon Jinn. Luke was just trained by Yoda and he lost faith in Yoda when he kept bouncing around and eating his food

Anakin also killed Dooku, Luke couldn't kill Darth Vader or Emperor Palpatine.
