Two Years....
Two years… Has it really been that long? It doesn’t seem like that, but I guess it has.
Two years ago today, a younger, and more oblivious Tpt stumbled upon KMC Forums while looking for a guide to the hacking section of Enter The Matrix… (Crappy game, way overhyped and rushed to production, but I digress….) I believe my First post was to Fire informing him about a website to get more information on Jedi Academy. This was before the Computer/Video Games forum…
Yup, KMC was a different place back then. I remember the Dots, Like other forums, KMC used to have the post count dots, but too many noobs did stupid shit to get more of them. But what I really thought was Cool, was after a while, Raz gave you a custom name. I remember Ush’s being Forum Paladin, and Kosta’s was Forum Ruski if I remember correctly. I’ve also seen the creation, and subsequent destruction of Tired Hiker’s pad. And 2 different Sig Competitions, I entered both, and failed miserably. I also remember when hh? Was named Hockyhorror, and DeNiro was posing more, and the OTF was crazy. It was fun. I’ve learned a hell of a lot here, and KMC has definitely changed my life for the better. I’ve become more educated, more politically involved, an atheist, listen to better music, and have met some really awesome people! Some of these could be argued as simply growing up, but I like to think that KMC had more than a passing role in all of this. There is no way I can express now everything that has happened and how you have all effected me. It’s been great! And I love ever moment! To hell with my mother and her claims of my addiction to the internet!

The Omega- Wow, its been fun Ruling the GDF with her. Not only is she super-cool and all sorts of shades of awesome, but she’s really smart and taught me a hell of a lot. From basically “converting” me to Atheism, to teaching me about physics, and Evolution and all sorts of stuff, to debating and the chaos that ensued from the Evolution thread. Been loads of fun hanging out with you! Come back more often!
Deathblow- I blame my entire musical addiction on you Sam!..... Thanks. You’ve been great, Thanks for all the help over the ages, from telling me which Metallica album to buy, to showing me the light of Rage Against the Machine, and Tool, and more recently, the greatness of Porcupine Tree and Opeth. Been great, also our rap battles and such, are awesome!
Alpha Centauri-Man, your fun, just everywhere, I’m glad were on the same side on the debates, or else I would probably hate you. Just kidding man. Some good times in the past, and I’m sure well keep it up!
Hockyhorror/hh?-Good times, just good times. Remember all those 50 cent worshipping noobs? And the Raps that insued? One of the funnest memories I have of KMC. Simply awesome. You’ve introduced me to good hip-hop. And its been really cool.
Darth Revan-Like with Hock, its been awesome. Rap battles, random threads, simply kick ass. Your crazy dude, never thought Oregon could produce something so kick-ass. I’m still jealous of not bing in/thinking up your family. Yea…..

Ken Kenobi-Man, old school like the old school. Been awesome, I remember talking to you a LONG time ago, before you even moved to Nevada or whatever. You kick ass, and you started Le Crew. What else can I say?
Ushgarak-Man, with out you and your RP’s I don’t think I would be here right now! They’ve kept me spellbound for the longest time, from the depths of the end of Campaign 1 to the Matrix one, and the LOTR, and all the cursing and Character creation and damming the evil Gamemaster. You’ve made a dork outta me! Damn you! Besides that you’re an immensely cool person. I hope to go to England and meet/Hang out with you, seems like fun. And when is the Ush Novel coming out? Your profile has said “Budding writer” forever, I see you’ve changed it now, but still! Me want!

Woohoo Lana! *huge hug* Thanks for everything. Its been a blast. Your completely insane, and brought some of it out in me! Just crazy. I owe you so much! From webspace for My Deranged Ramblings, and my personal dumping ground, to putting up with me doing shit like changing your password on your forums, and the hilarity that ensued. Your one of the first people I talked to, on length on MSN, and that I still do. Your incredibly awesome. I could go on about Rageaholics and our Raccoons and Squirrels but it would take forever! We really need to hang out. We’d probably destroy the universe or something but it would be one hell of a ride!
