Gotta love nostalgia, I picked up a copy of this a month back, only to find out later that a DVD version had not been released yet. I got dupped into buying a bootleg.

Yeah, Alex Winter, and the DVD is insane. Anchor Bay always comes through on their releases of old, obscure cult flicks. It's a 2 DISC SET! I was sooooo surprised, and it's packed to the gills with extras. Watched it tonight, awesome sound and picture. Gotta get it.

The night I was going to buy a boot of eBay, I double checked on DVDAficionado and it had an official release listed, so I held off. MGM's selling it for $9.99, digitally remastered, wisescree, 5.1 sound, the whole nine. I just can't believe both this AND "Freaked" were finally released.
