If Sidious got schooled by Mace then maybe Maul could do it

Two words about Sidious getting schooled by Mace:
Unlimited power.

Maul would not last 2 minutes.

Darth Sidious would own Maul faster than he did those three Jedi Masters in ROTS...

Why is Sidious the master and not Maul?

What? First off, even if Mace did beat Palpatine, how does that mean Maul can? Are you saying that he's s good as Mace? Secondly, like Zodiac said, if Maul could beat Sidious, why would he be his apprentice.

Maul would of been so strong since we know Sidious trained Maul from a Very young age, he was the only full Sith Apprentice we saw.

There have been many apprentices that knocked off their masters. That fact alone doesn't mean anything.

Nevertheless, this is a stupid thread; Sidious is the superior duelist and far superior mind. Maul is a puppet used by "Plaps".

I think Maul wasnt actually a puppet. Sidious was planning to use him until he was killed and then that plan hit a brick wall.
