right on whirly - as usual. i'm hard pressed to name individuals in dc who could do it (and who are at/near his level). cm can barely stalemate regular supes (nad as whirly points out has lost a few times). maybe manhunter could hit him with a mind blast? supes has some crazy resistance to that though, and supposedly it's getting better. bats might rig up some k-rad weapon. fate might be able to give him a run, that would be interesting.
in marvel there are a few - warrior mad thor maybe (really can't see that fight ending - warrior mad thor basically slugs and doesn't feel pain but is too nuts to use the ful scope of his power), surfer obviously, strange could teleport him i suppose if supes didn't hit him to fast and he could prep for a minute. maybe quasar if the whole energy absorbtion thing is true. captain marvel (monica, the energy one), maybe a couple others. thanos is a tier above so shouldn't count. someone said hulk and classic juggs. no chance. both can be eliminated too easily. (supes could just drop juggs down the marianas trench for example) there are othes but those are off the top of my tired head.
Superman's gonna beat anyone who doesn't have versatiliy. Hulk isn't winning; he's too one dimensional. Hulk would be strong enough, and durable enough to stick it out with a mad Superman, but a bloodlusted Superman wouldn't have a big problem chucking Hulk into space, ending the fight easily. Same goes for Classic Juggs, or anyone else who's earth-based. But, there are several people who are below Thanos who can take out a mad Superman.
