[]woo sorry for the late post everyone lol []

Raevynn stayed close to Drekken. The small spartan had a difficult time carrying all the fruit the alien had tossed her, but she did so nonetheless. Due to the fact she was carrying too much both arms were occupied and left her unable to shoot at anything. "Drekken!" She screamed over the loud noise of gunfire and dieing flood. "Take these off my hands and head back! We're only waisting ammunition. I'll go on and get water, just hold the door open for me."

One of the floods ran to Raevynn Jackson charged at her and got her out of the way and Jackson stabbed uglie's face and killed it "Basterd!" Jackson yelled and got out fuel rod cannon it was empty and picked up dual SMG it was full and covered Raevynn "I got you covered! Run!" Jackson yelled as he shot floods and signed Drekken to fall back

"Hurry up and go now!! They're going to overwhelm us damnit! Rae, I'll go with you! You wouldn't be able to fight them well while carrying water! Everybody go!" Striker yelled, holding off the flood as best he could while the rest of the group should have been going.

Raevynn quickly dropped the fruit into the bag. "Drekken you need to get everyone back inside the base..." She said, knowing that the journy back to the base would probably be more hazardous.

A distress signal came in from 115's position. He was in trouble. Raevynn cursed under her breath and sprinted in his direction, moving through the forest at a lighting speed. At the same time she slung the heavy sniper rifle back around her shoulder and unholdsterd two SMG's just before leaping a full meter straight into the air and ontop of a fallen tree.

The situation was simple. She took it all in at one glance: Jackson was in the center of a mob of flood combat forms. They slowly limped towards him, sure they had defeated their oponent. But one thing they didn't take into concideration was that Jackson was never alone. A spartan never was truely alone.
Raevynn leaped off the dead tree, both guns blazing, tearing through rotten corpses and reducing them to gore. She landed in the dead center next to jackson, still firing madly. She turned 90 degrees and fired straight into the mouth of an elite combat form and kept holding both triggers. Slowly a small escape path was carved; a trail of dead bodies. Both SMG's clicked; the deadly sound of no more ammo and she grabbed Jacksons wrist and pulled him along after her. The two ran past hundereds of slowly recovering combat forms and into the thick forest ahead.

[]lol godamnit I posted late again >_<!! im so slow []

"I'll cover everyone go!" Jackson yelled as he shot another one "Here you owe me!" Jackson yelled and smiled he shared his clip of SMG to her and kept on shooting while running combat form raged to him Jackson quickly shot another rain of bullets at it and it was utterly into pieces

Striker followed Rae, slashing a path through the flood, "You heard her Drekken! Go! I'll have to help her on the return trip!"

"Alright striker good luck!" Jackson yelled and kept on covering Rae as she ran to the safty "Rae it's good idea to go into the life pod we will be safe there! Close all the doors and lock them we should Sercure the window also!" Jackson yelled

Raevynn released the spent clip and replaced it with the one jackson had handed her. The spartan holstered one SMG and continued firing the other. "Really you two." She said while firing over her shoulder. "Go on and stay at the door for me. Im small and fast, I'll sneak my way around the flood, get some water and come back. We'll have a big party after wards." She joked, still firing the fully auto weapon.

"Everybody! Seriously! GO NOW DAMNIT!" Striker threw a few smoke grenades and a flashbang grenade so they could all escape.

((I g2g control my charcter for me silent wolf))

((at god where did u get the other rocket launcher? u were out of ammo werent u? and also we r escaping and u wouldnt b able to see anything. it was prbly a late post tho))

[]Okay. I will ^_^ Goodbye []

"Quite jackson!" She yelled and pulled him down into a crouched position and threw her hand over his mouth. "You never did listen... Lesson number one: It's always better to live to fight another day. Sometimes you HAVE to leave a fellow soldier behind. One life spent is better than a dozen lost." She removed her hand. "Now keep down... No weapons. Go with Drekken I'll be back before you can clean that Rocket LAuncher of yours."

((cya dawg))
Striker, who was next to Rae, nudged her and said, "Hurry, we better get going before the grenades wear off. I'll help you fight them on the return trip. They will be able to sniff us out and you wouldn't be able to fight them as well with the water. I would rather die fighting for you than have another spartan die. Now let's go! And that's an order!"

"An order?" The spartan arched a questioning eye brow. "With all due respect, I don't think you're in a position to order me around." She growled, letting her hatred for covenant get the better of her. "Meet me half way just incase. But you're just to big, they'll see you. Hand me those containers." She said, trying to sound a little nicer. She made a mental note to keep her rage under control. This elite was only helping her.

((im not an elite, im a frickin spartan))
Striker handed her the containers and said, "I don't know what rank you are, but if it weren't for being captured by the covenant I would be a colonel by now! Now let's go!"

[]lmao sorry dude for some reason I thought you were drekken X__X Please excuse my retardation =D heh []

Raevynn took the containers and holdstered her weapon. "Be carefull." She said before turning the other direction and darting off silently towards where the lake should be. She knew she would outrun the other spartan. He was alot bigger than she was and moving around in this jungle was not so easy. The spartan made no sound at all as she raced past a human combat form. It hurt her to see him like that, so she avoided looking right at it.

It was only a matter of minutes before she saw a clearing up ahead and the sound of rain hitting water. She had only encountered a few groups of flood and none of them so much as took a double take in her direction. The spartan crouched and slowly made her way into the clearing and towards the waters edge. After looking for any sighns of life she quickly started to fill the first container with water.

Striker followed her as best he could, but she could maneuver better than he could through the dense jungle. He turned on his com and said, "Rae, can you hear me? Are you okay? I'll try to catch up to you." He took off in her direction, trying to make unnecessary encounters with the flood.

"Im fine." She whispered. "Don't bother trying to catch up im almost done. Just make sure there aren't any unwelcomed guest's following me." She said as she finished filling the first container. Raevynn then started to fill the second and looked up at the sky. The rain was stopping and the sun was setting. The last thing the spartan wanted was to be caught out in this forest at night. Darkness always gave the flood an advantage.

By the time the third container was finished the sun was no longer in the sky, but there was still enough light out for her to see clearly. She placed one container under her arm and held the other two then turned and made her way back into the forest.

"Don't worry, the only flood that i have seen are the ones I just killed. Just hurry up and get here, the flood would have picked up our trail by now." Rae appeared between two trees. "Good your here, come on. But leave your light off, the flood would be able to see us more easily. Oh, and before I forget, have you ever climbed a tree before?" Striker said semi-revealing his plan. He started up a tree and , helping Rae up, got on to the middle branches. "This way, they won't be able to attack us without us seeing them first. If you have it, turn your night vision on."

A green light winked in Strikers HUD, as Raevynn acknowledged his plan. She struggled to keep balance on a thin branch with both her arms occupied. So far she didn't need night vision, and she was thankful for it. The eering green look of the flood at night always made her nervous. The spartan squelched her thoughts and followed after Striker, trying hard not to let her armor make any noise against the bark of the tree.
