Why Padme's death was Anakin's fault

Favorite would have to be Dash Render, and someother character, I cant remember.

Padme should have lived for her kids but maybe she just didn't care because she was too weak. Dam u anakin! But if padme had survived then it wouldn't have fit in with the rest of the story.

And in this thread we are talking about why padme died, who are favoruite characters are and where anakin's legs were chopped off by obi one kenobi.
