Ron had landed on an upright sword, and hit it headfirst..... Ronald Weasly....was dead.

Apparates right next to the fragements of rons body,
knows that he chickened out and transfigured himself into a flea and did what pettigrew did to make himself look dead, transfigures ron back.

comforts hermione and gets very close to her.

(i think h/hr should be together, but i dont feel that stongly towards it)

(( first of all, Ron is really dead, he can't transfigure himself and you can't apprate at hogwarts making almost you entire post irrelevent, and If Ron isn't really dea, what's the point of comforting Hermionie, so many holes, and finnally, as we've told Hermionie at least 20 billion times, don't rp other charactors/ alter what they did))

Ron, indeed was a mess. The note, which was ment for Hermionie was pretty much undecipherable without magic. Ron's brain, just like the rest of his body, was split in several peices, pink and blobby.
