thor with ease. He has many things over storm. Invulnerability, superior fighting skills, plus whereas storm has to work with nature using the elements at hand thor can override nature. None of her arsenal would hurt him. He has her powers to a greater extent and he can manifest them quicker and easier.
unfortunatlet, thor has already beat storm. this is how the fight went
storm used a ligthning bolt against storm, nothing happened, then he used one against her, nothing happened. then she rushed him and he returned the favor. they were locked in an aggressive position both pushing against eachother, storm was using her winds and thor was using his strength. then thor kissed storm, they were locked in a sort of a romantic kiss because the artist drew hearts around their head, when thor let go storm had passssed out. my guess would be that he sucked out all her air or something, which is stupid because storm can breath through her nose.
sadly, storm will lose again.
he did suck her air out... and it's not stupid... he can continualy draw out anything she attempts to breath in
^that is actually stupid because storm could've either pulled away from the kiss because he wasn't forcing her to stay there, or just keep breathing in through her nose. they should've chosen a better way for him to wiin.

First of all, this is not a contest...a mere Weather Witch versus the God of Thunder? Get real.
I remember back in 'Secret Wars', Storm was showing off her powers, in what was an incredible display, and it left everyone in awe...everyone except Thor...and Galactus, (though he did sort of acknowledge it for a second, then turned his head away).
Thor handles her...in a manly way, that is.

well i think the whole fight was pretty much stupid, i mean actually putting these two together. it was obvious who wins. while thor has the better weather powers, i believe storm has the more fine, precise control over them. but yeah, i don't know what storm was thinking, the writer was bad whoever wrote that part. even with somone storm could beat h2h she prefers to fight at ba distance, and she rushed him. her winsd were ppushing her, and thors strength propelling him.

No, the stupid part is that she kept up with him in a lock up. That's ridiculous. He should've just crushed her hands, and being a warrior, he could've just kneed her in the gut.
