His father studied Jess for a moment then looked back at his son."Are you sure? She would make a good wife for you, she looks like she could keep you in order..." Justin stood firmly, trying not to lose his composure and blush at the comment from his Father. True Jess could keep him out of trouble, and maybe kick some butt, he wouldn't admit but he was a little afraid of her."Er.... She wants to learn how to use and control her new vampire powers Mother." He said. "We are to visit her father but what will I do? He cannot find out his dear daughter loves a vampire... Father, mother do you know any way to help us?" Vathu, his father looked from Justin to Vamp. "Er... I'm not too good with these types of things... Maybe your mother should handle this?" He shrugged, looking at Vamp. "We just need to trick him or tell him the truth and talk him into not staking me..." Justin moved his hand over the spot on his chest where his heart lay.

"Oh dear. Well that is a problem about her father isn't it? No, he won't aprove of this at all, I'm sure. But we'll worry about that later, Now, I must teach all of your new powers!" Vamp smiled even more widely and her deep purple eyes shone gold for a split second. She led Jess inside,talking all the while. "Oh! I simply must teach you to turn into a bat! Oh and tell me dear, did you have any powers previous to when Justin turned you?"

"Yes..." Jess was still horrified at what her father would think, In Love With A Vampire? no he certainly wouldn't like it at all. But she loved Justin, and his parents seem quite nice, even though his mother came off as a little frightening.
"Yes, I could control and crate ice and snow... I don't know how, but I can..." Jess studied all of the strang things in this room Vamp had led her into, suits of armor,shrunken skulls,some very gothic looking crosses,dusty old booke in mahogony shelves...
"See... I don't know who my mother was, even father doesn't know,or so he tells me. But she must have passed them down to me, I can't think of any other explanation for them." Jess stared at the two very large crow statues gaurding a door that they were apparently about to walk through.

Justin shuffled over to a small fridge and took out a blood pack and gulped it down. He sighed and set the empty pack on a table. "Wow... I've never seen her so excited." He sighed. Vathu looked at him. "You should have seen her face when you were born... First time I think I have ever seen her cry with joy instead of pain or despair..." Justin looked at him oddly. "You mean mom has never been that excited?" Vathu shook his head in response. "No... Not since you were born, My son... You have found a good mate, ya know." Justins eyes widened. "She isn't a 'mate' father, your not in your old kingdom, with your old rules in the other dimension. They do things differently here... She is my girlfriend... Though we may get married someday." He said, sighing louder. Vathu glared at him with the comment. "You mean... You haven't told her you are a prince?" No!... I wanted to see if she would love me for Who I am, Not what I am... I will tell her very soon though." He said, biting into another pack filled with blood.

"Well, if it makes you feel any better, My father was insane for the better part of his life. Sick with Propheria, poor old chap, died deaf and blind aswell." They were now in a room full to the brim with books and records. "That's him up on the wall there..." Vamp pointed to a rather large portrait of George the Third hanging there, it's frame, like most things in this room, coated with thick layers of dust. This room looked like hadn't been visited in years. Jess stared up at the portrait on the wall. "Wow...Justin never told me you were royalty."
Vamp flew up to the top shelf and pulled a rather large book out of it, she floated back down and walked over to a table piled with other books and things.
"really? hmm.. I figured he would have told you that. His father's royal aswell, from another dimension. ..." Vamp opened the huge book.

"then that makes Justin... a prince?" Jess turned to Vamp. Vamp looked up at Jess through the black hair that was hanging in her face.
