Jess looked at her father and smiled, her fangs showing. She hugged him and he looked a bit shocked. Jess sat back down beside Justin and took his hand.
Justin gave her hand a small squeeze. "I'm glad that you understand, Mr. Wayne... Your daughter makes me so very happy." He said as the room seemed to instantly grow cold. "Jess.... Was that you?" He asked, looking down at his hand, but it was not coated with ice. "Uh-oh..." He muttered as the door to the room busted open and a figure that seemed to make everything around them to turn to ice appeared. Justin looked to Bruce. "A friend of yours, I presume?" He asked, jumping up and pushing Jess aside as a small ice shard punctured his chest, deathly close to his heart. "Damn..." He whispered, his eyes growing wide. He fell to the floor with a loud thud, and was incased in a thick layer of ice.
[you think it hit his heart and that hes dieing, but alfred or your father finds out that he is still alive.]

"Dad! Did you not hear what Justin just told you!? I'm a vampire now! That means that I have new powers! And for all I know,he could be dead! Let Me Help You!"Jess argued.
"NO. Dr.Freeze is to dangerous,You have to stay down here!"
"I'm not a little Girl anymore Dad!" Jess screamed at her father as he disapeared again as Batman,up to an exit from the cave. Alfred was at Jess' side.
"You're right you know. You're not a child anymore. And for a bit of a late birthday gift..."he walked over to a corner of the cave towards a a large drap that hung over something that was human shaped. He pulled off the drape and revealed a batsuit. Smaller,and built for a woman. The designs more intracate,with a gold bat instead of a black one like on the others.
"No way..."Jess walked towards the batsuit. "Does dad know about this?"
"Not yet..."Alfred smiled.
Justin groaned, struggling to move as he felt his body succumbing to the cold. Dear spirits, He thought. Let me live as to see the face of the woman I love once more. Please spare me, I beg of you. He could sense the figure drawing close to him and silently cursed as he realized he captured the wrong person. But he could still use him, he was the one the heiress of the Wayne company loved. She would follow him and in turn, eventually be caught and used for a ransom.
The bat signal went off in the sky. Something else was happening in East Gotham. Batman had no choice, he had to go there, knowing his daughter was safe in the depths of the batcave and that Dr. Freeze wouldn't harm Justin untill he had Jess.
Another dark figure appeared behind Dr. Freeze.
"Hate to burst in... but, I was in the neighborhood." came a cold voice from the shadow.
"Why, Batman, Your voice has changed." Dr. Freeze sneered as he turned to face the shadow.
"Guess again." a boot hit him in the face as the shadow came flying towards him. He fell backwards and crashed onto the floor. Telekenitic powers came from the shadow and lifed Justin out of harms way. Dr. Freeze picked himself up and stood holding his bleeding face, looking at the shadow.
"Ah, I see." He smirked "The bat's got a kid working for him. Haven't seen you around before, you got a name 'baby-bat'.''
''Actually, he hasn't met me yet. and the name's vampire bat... Now what do you say we end this thing? winner get's the kid.'' vampire bat nodded to Justin.
''You're on.'' a cold smile formed on his lips as he shot several ice-stakes at her. The stakes hit the wall.
''missed me.'' came a voice from behind him.
''What the...'' he gasped as he turned to at her again but she was gone.
''c'mon, even I've got better aim than that...'' her voice came from the ceiling this time, she was hanging off of the chandelier.
''You're nothing but a coward! Fight me!'' he demanded.
''It's your funeral.'' she jumped from the chandlier and landed bedind him. she made a rope out of a telekenetic beam that shot from her hands and it wrapped around his feet,tripping him.
Dr. Freeze jumped up and shot more ice at Vampire Bat who sent it back at him with her telekenesis. She ran up to him and punched him in the face then spun and hit his jaw with her foot. He flew backwards at her strength and hit the wall, defeated.
''Fine, you take the kid.. but this isn't over.'' He pushed a button on his belt and dissappeared.
Vampire Bat hurried over to Justin and pulled off her mask.
''Please don't be dead...'' she whispered.
