Look at the soundtrack. It says "Anakin vs Obi-Wan" for Track 9.

Yeah the start is Anakin vs Obi-Wan, but the last part starting with them climbing the broken arm is Battle of Heroes.

And Duel of the Fates is thrown in there somewhere.

Yep, DoF begins to play just after they shut down the blue heat sheilds, then plays on as Yoda and Sidious fight.

Wow, I have seen this movie too many times. But I analysed that part very carefully, I mimiced the transition for my story.

Not to mention Clash of Lightsabers at the start of the Yoda and Sidious duel.
