well Agen was killed first and Saesee had a chance to decapitate Sidious but he just thought he would stand there with his dick in his hand and wait to die! So I guess I would say Agen...

I don't think either one of them are much for defense. Agen had his back to the Emperor and Saesee was to busy trying to read his mind to anything. I think it would be a toss up, and the winner would do so by a slim margin. (it make for a good betting fight)
