Is that syfo-dyas I see?

In TPM, there is a Kaminoan in the Jedi council. You see it when Qui-gon is speaking with the entire council for the first or second time in the film. Could that be syfo-dyas? Or am I way off and it's just another random Jedi? And if there was an actually Kaminoan in the council, how could none of the Jedi be aware of Kamino when just a couple files are erased?

Random Jedi, Sifo is dead, I don't remeber exatcly how he died. Some kid said that darth Maul killed him off with a force fireball. Which was just plain reterded. But Sife Dious isn't seen in the movies, IIRC.

obi said syfo-dyas died "ALMOST ten years ago" so doens't that imply it was after TPM?

that just seems weird that they don't know about the kaminoans when one was in the council. No one new of the system when they worked with one in the coucil?

to further add to Revan's post, in some documentary on the AOTC DVD you hear GL say that they deliberatly left Poof out of all the scenes so there wouldn't be any confusement as to if he was Kaminoan or not

Sifo-Dyas, by the way, was just some alias that Dooku used to order the clones, at his Master's bidding. Apparently it was a Jedi he killed before he left the Order.

Oh, I wasn't sure at first, beacuse if he died years before AOTC then he should have been on the council on PM.

Sifo-Dyas wasn't just an "Alias" used be Dooku. As hinted at be Obi-Wan, he was a REAL Jedi that was "Killed almost 10 years ago".
