Oh my God. I just opened this thread up for the first time in two weeks and first thing I see. "I hate Atreyu." I hate it when I see ANYBODY say they hate Atreyu. Why? Because I hate that f*cking band so much that I get angry every time I here the name, Atreyu. GOD! Typing it myself makes me angry but I just feel I have to get this off my chest. To be perfectly honest, its not even the bands fault. Its this c0cksucker I thats on my track team that makes me hate them so. First of all, this guy loves Atreyu and he is always talking about them despite nobody else on the team liking or even knowing of this band. He's always out for my approval of them and before every track meet he tells me, "I know you didn't like the other songs but you'll love this one." I listen to about a minute of the song before I hand the headphones back for fear that their music will make me as stupid as this dumb f*ck. Second, this c0cky son of a b!tch is in love with the word 'Tool.' Not Tool as in the widely praised band, but as in "That guy is a tool." Personally, the only people worth being called that stupid word for an insult are the people who use it. Its always these idiotic punks (often skateboarders but not always) that think they are so cool and better than everybody else despite them not having potential to be successful in their futures. Also as I mentioned, he is c0cky, and there is absolutely no reason to be. He pole-vaults but couldn't even qualify to attend our conference meet. He takes more pride in soccer though. He always talks about how great he is as a goalie and once told me, "You can't get any better", referring to himself. I pointed out of course that he is not getting any playing time on a Division 3 soccer team with a horribly bad losing record. The team was so desperate for a better goalie they started trying people from every other position 1 game each. The dumbass also tries to make himself sound tough by telling old stories that make him just sound like the dumbest ******* in the world. In this one story he started out by telling us he hates old people because they have no respect for the younger generation. He then went on to say that this 70 year old man flipped him off from his car while he was crossing the road on his skateboard (one can only assume he deserved the finger). But even if not, he said he knew the street was a loop so he waited for the guy to come back so he can bash the guys car with his skateboard for flipping him off. There is probably about 100 more reasons to hate this guy. But anyway, what was my point? Oh yeah, I hate Atreyu. May they burn in hell forever because of their "number 1 fan."

Ahem...I'm just going to use some common sense here, but...what exactly is Alison doing while you're at the theater all weekend? Out partying in the Minneapolis night scene?*EDIT* Perhaps you have her tix included.
dun dun dunNnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!1
cory, i know you are still a growing boy, but i wouldn't pay money to see sky high. instead go see "the greatest raid"
or if you have alreasy seen that, than just save time and money...
I think Cory's calling Alison as we type, trying to figure out which nightclub he's going to have to pick her up Saturday night after "Sky High" lets out.
Yeah, I have heard that "The Great Raid" is really something phenominal. I'd like to see that this weekend if possible, or unless "Four Brothers" lures me there.

Well, Alison and I saw both "Four Brothers", which you should like, Chris. It's signature Singleton..real gritty, as well as "March of the Penguins" which was actually really nice. Beautifully shot.
Tomorrow, I alone will be seeing "The 40 Year Old Virgin" and "Deuce Bigalow 2", neither of which Alison's interested in. As for the weekend, she and I are seeing "Sky High" and "The Island" on Saturday. I'd see "The Great Raid", but it looks more like a renter for me anyway.
I was going to get a Lamb of God album, but, movies are a little more important right now. BTW, Alison does live with me, and she HATES "the scene". While we don't get out enough, clubs just aren't our thing.

Next topic: How old were you when you finally realized Falkor in The Neverending Story was just a stuffed head on a stick that they stuck into the frame?

So who's up for a group rendition of the classic song, Neverending Story, just like it's played during the ending credits?

I noticed it was rated "R", and if it's for the same shit that draws the "American Pie" crowd in, I may just pass, because Alison suggested "Redeye".
Redeye on the other hand looked crazily cool...luckily I will probably have to wait a year or more before these idiots decide to show it in Germany.....stupid people.......(I sdon't even know whom I am talking aboot)
Anyways, if you didn't notice by now...I am back......yes I am...great, eh?
