How do you explain the Triforce on his hand in TP?

The triforce hasn't been 8 shards since LTTP. 🙄

Now it's 3 triangles, one on Link's hand, one on Zelda's, and one on Ganondorf's.

Link has Courage, Zelda Wisdom, and Ganondorf Power.

What the HELL is going on in this thread?

Play the WW. It says when Link left Hyrule the Triforce of Courage separated into 8 shards.

I do remember that, but no legend is perfect.

Actually, I read that Twilight Princess takes place a couple of decades after Ocarina of time, and before the Wind Waker.

Yea, but that still gives link time to give up on searching for navi, settle down, get married, and have a kid.

I think so and I'll bet that it is along those lines!

But as Link is turned back into a child, and is never saw again after Majora's mask. I find that doubtful.

yes... that is why I have my idea. He went to the land you start in TP... and never returned to hyrule, but was there.

on Greatfish Isle in WW with only 3 hearts... continuing quest for Zelda Perfection.

You can name Link anything you want so the Legend of Link would be messed up since you can name Link, Bob or something. Zelda cannot be named to Legend of Zelda makes sense and sounds better.

There's....there has to be at least 3 different links, since we already know:

OoT is a prequal to them all, and afterwards, Link gets his childhood back, than as a late teenager Zelda 1 & 2 happen.

Wind Waker happens 100 years AFTER OoT, thus, another Link.

Majora's Mask, when the HELL does it happen? It sure isn't a sequal to OoT.

You have no proof it's Link's son. The Triforce wouldn't of been passed on through his son if he had a son. His actual courage & hero qualities would, but not something like The Triforce. Come on now, use logic, that's something mystical, Link, Ganondorf & Zelda are close to powerless without their Triforce pieces. That's why in theory the only reason why Link survives that battle with Ganondorf is due to the Light Arrows & Master Sword, which were made to be held by the Hero Of Time only anyway.

And besides, shame on you for trying to find logic in video games, and a game where Time Travel is possible, if it can be imagined, it can happen in a video game.

😂 The MM mask is after OoT there is little argument over that if you have played the game he has the ocarina (sp?) and play the song of time ans other such things are pretty strong evidence that it is the second in the story line.

No, Link Never returned to hyrule. And according to Zelda 1 Link came from a far away land.
