Thats a really overkill team. Blackbolt's screams r stronger than a nuke, they r powerful enough to harm a cosmic like a watcher, as he demonstrated in FF #375. A screaming Blackbolt would kill every JLA character there. And Superman has lost, and Doomsday is definitely not a win. He hurt his hand when he hit Blackrock in this month's issue. And the JLA got their butts kicked this month too. Magneto can beat Superman with ease along with most of the other JLA characters...by himself. Saying the JLA win because they r cool is pure fanboyism. However, we can back why the X-guys would win.

actually i would use the GL to form a hammer behind magnetos shield and romp him with it from behind. he can do this from space as well

bolt can win the match, but will not cause he will also kill his team mates. so bolt's "voice" is gonna be pointless. he'll use it if he's the last man standing, and it wont ko supes or GL because its not the noise that does the damage its basically an "energy blast" from super accelerated electrons or something
