Normally I don't do anything, my husband just walks over and bully's them.

Stare them down, it's pointless making a huge thing of it but it's kinda disrespectful for them to do it in the first place...

Ignore them.

I hate it though. I can't even go running w/ my dog without someone saying something to me.

even if I had one I wouldn't take it with me. I already have enough problems with my dog barking at everyone to add another hassel. 🙁
