Does Palpatine have a kyber crystal???

I have read somewhere that it's a kyber crystal that is mostly the power from Sidious, is this true or is it SS bullshit?

Also I think SS has stated that GL has made Star Wars out of his " visions". Is this also something that SS have made up cause I know you can't trust SS. Or has GL himself said that?
