What? This one isn't even close. Terrax has the power cosmic. Iron Man has a suped up tin suit. This one os over before it begins. One swipe from the axe and Iron Man is toast.

If its Thor Buster arm I say Iron man if its not, Terrax

Iron Man has no chance. All terrax needs is one good hit with the Axe and Iron Man goes to the junkyard.

Terrax is really hard to beat one on one because he can simultaneously hit u with rock formations, cosmic blasts, and slice u up with that axe.
