I cant open my internet browser

okay so my idiot cousin was using my computer. I have no idea what the hell he did to it..but im having trouble opening my internet browser...

I asked a friend and he suggested clicking ctrl alt delete..go to process and maybe its opening but im not seeing it... well i did it and i end the internet explorer process only i have to do it like literally 30 times before i can use my browser... and sometimes when i do that my entire desktop vanishes..like the only things that i had opened at the time are still there

PLEASE I BEG YOU PLEASE HELP ME! 🙁

what browser you running? IE? If so, can you still open folders?

Yeah, open a folder and add the address bar.

Yes...and then stop using IE......fast

open some random window and then put internet adress in the adress bar there.

and i think that closing all IE processes in menager would help a bit
