Who would make the better Batman, Azreal or Mr T?
Imagine Batman getting beat up by rocky and going to the hospital, and to cover for him he gets Mr T!! Mr. T as Batman.... now we are talking! Lets look at the tale of the tape

+If Batman was a giant strong black dude, he wouldnt need to hide in the shadows to scare villians... he would just show up and people would surrender and give up. Many of Batman's C List villians would just stay in jail. (Penguin, Mad Hatter, etc)
+He would shut the Joker's jibber jabber up
+Mr.T with access to a junk yard and a welding machine is just as much of a prep god as Bruce Wayne in his bat cave
