spiderman vs nightcrawler ( with modifiers)

the fight takes place in a 1000x1000 sq foot adamantium cage. nightcrawler is given spideys level of strength and a radar sense like daredevils. he can not teleport out of the cage.

His teleport would do him little good against spiderman.

Daredevil's sense is inferior to spidermans.
