In short, the hot coffee content is actually on the disc. It doesnt matter if somebody hacked it or not, it was still on the disc.
Why did they have it on that disc, knowing full well that somebody could actually hack it.
Its Rockstar's fault completly. Not Clinton, not the hacker, nonbody else.
It might not be in game footage, but there is still content.
