only because of the tech that was used to film the movies + they shouldn't of put so many of them in one place if no of them are actually gonna shoot you

Plus the clone troopers are bred for war, much like the Spartans of Greece. The storm troopers are more like conscripts with most likely only basic combat training.

and not forgeting that the clones in PT are destined to win acording to script and stormtroopers aren't. This reminds me that "rule": Bad guys always miss, good guys do not.
