You go for the wrists, you grab the fists. Ock can defeat easily guys who can move way faster then Wolverine does. Spider-Man could see his attack, neither his spider-sense had the time to do anything about it. He is that fast.

k... Now, even if Ock's Tents aren't statisticaly quick enough to hit spidey (WTF!!), you can't say in a right state of mind that you think that Wolverine's arms move faster. Now, if Ock is close enough to lose a Tent, he's quite close to making hte grab, right? Ok. Since Ock is faster than Wolverine, he can 1. move away from the counter or two 2. just grab Logan's wrists. Quite simple, ain't it?? lol Or! I've got another Idea!! He just attacks with more than two arms!! Last I counted, he had four mechanicle ones. So Ock can just attack from all sides. Only way Logan counters this is if Ock suddenly sees a really hot girl...
Also, why does he need to attac the arms?? That would be the worst place to attack. Maybe attack the legs, or just throw stuff. Ock's just too damn versitile for Logan. Sorry
