Why would we have him chraging into this one?He can stay back and take the tenticles as they come. Just as Spiderman sits back and waits for wolverine to come without charging in like he always does against wolverine.

Doc Oc >Spiderman
So if Wolverine > Doc Oc
They might think that
Wolverine>Spiderman because of this. And they can't have that.
So obviously Doc oc IS spiderman in this case.
