wolverine can cut doc ocks tenticles very easiliy.
also from your logic then spiderman should beat dock ock one outa 10 times, even though he is shown to beat doc ock all the time.

wolverine probably destroys one of docs arms, but really, the 4 of them would overwhelm him

spiderman is able to beat him because he is fast and mobile enough to move over or through the arms, wolvie's option would be to go through, where he loses in speed and str considerably

spider-man is faster and can dodge better than Wolverine and he still has trouble avoiding it most of the time.

wolverine has shown to be very very fast. he has been shown to keep up wiht spiderman. though he is not as fast as spiderman he is still able to keep up with spidermans speed as he has shown in there fights.

He can keep up. doesn't mean he's as fast as him or able to dodge like him.
