Not really. even if he manged to avoid one and damage it he would be creamed by the three others arms going at speeds way faster then he is.

And batman can dodge bullets as well. So can many street levelers. doesn't mean they can dodge doc ocks arms. Hell Spider-man has trouble dodging them most of the time and thats with his spider-sense and speed that is faster then logans.

Spidey still dodges them though, so Wolverine dodges them and cuts them off one be one until he aint nothin but little pudgy Otto, and so on and so forth. Unless you got some evidence then pretty much what I'm saying is unarguable. 🍺 I think I nee my victory drink!
