Take a look at the current Doc Ock. He is a pure mess, because his brain was not able to handle the damage in the long run. If Wolverine is serious then one or two slashes would be enough to end Doc Ock.
I don't doubt that Doc Ock has experience and would last a while, but the same applies for Wolverine, who should have more skill and who also faced more dangerous and versatile opponents.
I give this one Wolverine. He would struggle, but he should take it ... 8/10
