Hulk - talks to him and makes him see the insanity of Hulk; connects to Banner
Superman - kryptonite
Spiderman - gives him money lol

Venom - sonic weapons
Carnage - sonic weapons...unless that doesn't affect him, I forget...
Rhino - he can take him out himself with no prep
Doc Ock - he can take him out by himself I bet, using his utility belt

well lets say superman knows hes going to fight batman. he gets a suit from S.T.A.R. labs to resist kryptonite radiation. so he he goes without fear to the batcave to take bats. unfortunately for him, bats has installed a red solar energy projector to the roof of the batcave. supes weakens, and batman shows him why hes the dark knight. this one goes out to all the fools who think batman needs kryptonite to take superman.

and i dont know why theres all these discussions about with or without prep time or "if you dropped them into a ring, bats would get his @$$ kicked". why cant we just pick the simple and most logical condition: the characters start off in there respective homes/secret hideouts/fortresses
and have to start from there. that explains prep time and makes sense, since they live there and thats most likely where they will be
