First of all, Spiderman isn't that much more stronger than Predator is (And I'm now talking about the average Predators. Strongest one lift a tank, but I'll assume we're talking about an average Predator vs Spiderman) Average Predators are said to be around 8 - 10 tonners, so they're not from from Spiderman's 10-20 tons.

Can't really say anything about their speed. It has fluctuated a lot. They've dodged bullets, but on the other hand, common humans have tagged them. Even though Spiderman is quite the same. Being hit by a cap and all that shizz.

Skills.. Well this obviously goes to Predators. Even an average Predator is highly skilled and has lots of experience.

Predators are more durable than Spiderman is. They've taken rifle rounds to head and still kept fighting. One took a shotgun slug right into his head and he wasn't that much bothered about it.

Yes preadator has better durability but this is pointless as spiderman can hit him far more then predator can and far harder.And spider man has his iron suit (if we talkin bout iron spidey) which is bulletproof.(invisibility dnt count 4 much on spideys part as pred has thermal vision). BTW can sum1 tell me if alien vs pred (the recent 1) is canon.

Yes, they do have pretty decent strength feats. They've been able to punch through metal doors and walls. There are more, I'll look into it when I get back to my brother's house.

Tanks weight lot more than 6- 12 tons. AFAIK M1 Abrams weights around 62 tons. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M1_Abrams

I can't remember what kind of tank it was, but it wasn't that small tank.
Smallest tank you can find (I'd say Panzer 1, weights around 6 tons), but hell. Even the Soviet T-34 weights around 30 tons.

I don't really think Spiderman is that much faster. It's his agility and reflexes that are on a higher level, but he's not a speedster. Captain America anyone?

Danny Glover and Arnold was able to escape the blast I am sure Spider-Man is 10 times faster then then two. Spider-Man as far as strength could toss a Predator around like Predators toss around average people he is atleast 5 times stronger then a Predator. The only real chance a Predator has is Spideys lack of confidence and the fact that he rarely goes all out.

though I like to point out old tanks were not as effective and used materials and metals that add un needed weight.
