ET is a pretty good film. It doesn't deserve a sequel, much less a ride at Universal Studios. However, I doubt Spielburg has any plans to make a sequel.

A sequel? Are they insane? E.T.'s a classic, the kind of film that doesn't need a sequel. This is an example of not practicing common sense, and I've seen plenty of that in my lifetime.

Plot: ET is traumatized by Drew Barrymore Dressing him in Drag, and comes back to the world as the first gay alien, wanting to take revenge for his scarred childhood. PERSONALLY, I never liked the movie even as a kid, what a pile of wholesome, mushy, family friendly sh#t. Piss on this fawking turd.

Spielberg owns the rights, no sequel OR remake happens unless he does it - and he has stated repeatedly he won't make a sequel. Because the story ended just as he wanted it, and he's not curious about what happens next.

Drew Barrymore is an idiot and Steven Spielberg would be an idiot to make a sequel. The movie doesn't need a sequel, Barrymore just wants to try for another hit since the movies she has all been in lately were trash and pathetic.
