If this was Pre Crisis Darkseid it would be one thing.

Current version as they are and with Grundy having a powerset that fluctuates like hell everytime he shows up, Superman and Hulk win.

I think Superman can take them on by himself I mean Darkseid is not really powerful as Superman according to Dan Jurgens or whatever his name is. Superman has taken hits from the omega beams and survived.

Superman beats them all and then kicks Hulk's booty too!!
