Tom Breevort says Marvel:The End is non-canon.
Due to the referancing of The End: Marvel, in a cannon series(Thanos) and Nova Corps files, as well as The End mentioning other cannon events (Infinity Gauntlet,Infinity War, and Infinty Crusade, and Wondermans death and rebirth, i assume its cannon?Nope. MARVEL: THE END like all fo the the THE END books was only a possible future. If the Handbooks make reference to it within mainstream continuity, they are in error, and I shall school their researchers mightily for their mistake.

Dear Tom. You referred to Marvel: The End as a “possible future”. If the events of Marvel: The End lead directly to and are referenced in the Thanos series and the events of the Thanos series lead directly to Annihilation, how can Marvel: The End be anyI've covered this elsewhere in the past. There may have been some events that happened in MARVEL: THE END that were paralleled in the mainstream Marvel Universe. Bit I edited MARVEL: THE END, and I edited THANOS, and I'm telling you straight up that MARVEl: THE END was as out-of-continuity as every other THE END project we did. That was the buy-in of the imprint.
There's nowhere else to post it and it's definitley relevant to Thanos's capabilities.

That's pretty cool but if they are just the evil version of the Avengers Thanos should stomp them pretty easily hopefully they are a bit tougher so they give a reason why they will be able to put up a fight.
worldmind said (regarding the evil Quasar) that it is similar to positive earth's version so I guess that goes for the evil Avengers too.
However dependig on the level Wanda is it could be a goos fight IMO.
Thanos would win but it will be enjoyable
