who is the better warrior? the master chief or the arbitor?

I think I'm missing something. The Arbitor is a clone? I just thought he was another member of the race of Elites with special Arbitor armour. Are the Elites clones rather than a race?
My brother has the Halo bible so I might check it out.

He's not in the Navy. Isn't he in the space army or whatever?

Just because they call them 'Marines' doesn't mean they are in the Navy. I'm pretty sure that just means they are 'Space marines' or something to that effect.

he is in the united nations space command, where is all the navy, army, marines, and air force all together.

the book tells us;
MC is stronger then elites.
MC has faster reactions then elites.
MC is smarter then elites.
MC has more training then elites.
MC has better shielding then elites.
MC has cortana, she hacked the covenant battle grid and understands all there languages and commands...

And the arbiter armor is a older version of the elite armor...

I personally find this question not to be of 'ability' but of 'character'.. which is why I had previously chosen arbiter

Satsujin arbiter has no character... hes an elite ordered to do something otherwise he dies. Now even his masters have turned on him. Hes been told all hes know has been lies and would probably wishing he could go home. All hes fighting for is so that he doesn't die.

MC is fighting for the fate of the world. Hes been told hes the last chance. He knows that without him the earth falls apart. How could he not have more conviction than that.

Arbiter : Then that makes two of us

arbiter is doing all he can for what he knows.. which is good character in my opinion. Plus his convictions may change and his zeal may be put towards saving both civilizations

So then you could come to agree that arbiter is going through an inner turmoil, and is thus becoming a more dynamic character than chief

it's simple...master chief cause humans are better than aliens

inner turmoil won't help him beat MC. Hes just hasn't got what it takes to kill MC. his devotion to the cause has fallen apart. whatever his story is arbiter is now a broken shell of an alien....

I like the Arbiter 'cause he's supposed to be on the same level as MC, but he isn't as twinked out.

I like Arbiter because he is now fighting to stop the Covenant and his old beliefs.

of course Master Chief...he kills groups of those arbitors for kicks

Actually the elites talk english in halo one. Its just been reversed. There was a website that had reversed all what the elites and grunts said. Most of it was along the lines of "die human". but there were a few comical ones.

Just because MC has his own game, does not mean he is the best. And yes, he may have killed many elites, but arbiter is not a regular elite. I think it would be an even fight ✅
