Can IE block popups?

Is there a way I can set up Internet Explorer to block popups, because at the moment it seems to block none of them.

check in tools. if you don't have a pop-up blocker there, you should install one.

just download one, its much easier than installing, not all that crap with the key codes and crap.

just use FireFox
