I belive Dooku would be victorious. He is a great Sith and hasent really been beaten by anyone and wasent in his prime in the movies, so we never really sees him in his full power. Anakin doesent count cause he Dooku lost on porpouse. I don't know much about Ulic except that he was the best duelist in his time.
Well, no. Ulic almost fought EXAR KUN to a standstill. He's one of the best there ever was, if not the best. I would put Ulic just under Revan. He would give Yoda, Luke, Revan, etc. a terribly hard fight. Do you think Tyranus could stand against Exar or Luke or Revan? Thought not.
And Dooku probably was in his prime; he was at the peak of his power, and had had thirteen years of Sith training by ROTS. He manhandled both Kenobi and Anakin twice, and lost to Anakin because of a plan gone awry. But I wouldn't say he could defeat Ulic. maybe give him a decent fight, but nothing Ulic could possibly have a chance of losing.
Ulic would defeat Yoda. Yoda would fall 100% of the time. Dooku, while fighting well, would never beat Yoda. So, Dooku would never beat Ulic. And no, it wouldn't be incredibly easy, but it would be like Dooku vs. AOTC Anakin, with Ulic being Dooku. He'd be a bit surprised at Dooku's skill at first because he's so old, and then he'd off him like *that*.
And I'd put him under Revan because Revan had such insurmountable knowledge. But even Revan would be unbelievably hard-pressed against Ulic. Ulic actually might take Revan. If it was a ratio, I'd put it at 25/75. Chances are Ulic would lose, but even if he did, he'd give Revan a heck of a fight. And vice-versa, of course.

No. He won't. But that's another fight.

True.

You have to keep in mind that Dooku was trained for 7 decades with the force and a lightsaber before becoming a Sith. Then he received another decade of training with Sith powers. He is a unquestioned master of lightsaber dueling. He was one of the most powerful Jedi in the last centuries of the Jedi Order. He could have destroyed ROTS Anakin + ROTS Obi-Wan if he had used all his powers.
And Quel-Droma is very mindless in his actions. You can see that through his entire history. From his first mission on Onderon and the Nadd uprising, to the times when he served Exar Kun he was always a hothead who acted without thinking. He's something like Anakin with the exception that he isn't that powerful. I'm pretty sure Dooku could taunt him into making a mistake and then destroy him because Ulic is missing the calmness, the precise fighting style, the sheer force power and the experience to defeat somebody like Dooku.
And yes...I know he fought Exar Kun into a standstill. But this was BEFORE Kun became the Dark Lord and Kun was another hotheaded fighter.

Revan would pretty much destroy Ulic. Ulic in later times is nowhere near Kun...not in force powers and not in lightsaber fights. I think Kun might be able to take Revan but Ulic surely is not.

My bad. I meant Exar, not Ulic. And then, I would say that Ulic almost fought Kun to a standstill. But seeing as you completely thrashed my arguments, I'll congratulate you now. But still, Ulic is far more powerful than most take him to be. And Ulic was definetely more powerful than Anakin when he fought Dooku. No question. Now I know Dooku threw that match, but you know what I'm saying. Good arguments.
