Back to the subject: It's a shame that the movies she's been in have been woefully inadequate. Would be good to see her in better material.

I love the story of her turning up to collect her Razzie and doing her over-the-top speech. ;-)

I do know that she wasn't the first choice. They wanted....God, I know who it is, the name just eludes me right now, well anyway, Halle Berry was the second choice and she was going through her break up and she felt that this movie roll enpowered her and helped her get through it and she got to blow some steam off and the such.

Yes, it was only right that her presence was used as filler on a show that glorifies some pretty lame movies, acomplishments and lifestyle choices. The oscars have lost all meaning, not to mention comparing the performances of different actors appearing in totally different movies is a complete joke.
