Darth Sidious vs. Darth Maul (No force powers)

If force powers were allowed Sidious would obviously own Maul, being the master and all. However, watching ROTS I am not convinced that he is better with a saber then Maul was. He was faking against Mace and did quite well against Yoda, but I was more impressed by the saber skills shone by Darth Maul in TPM. Although Sids won both of his duels, his saber skills kinda dissapointed me.

The setting is the platform where Obi-Wan and Grevious square off.

I would assume Sidious. But I've also seen that there really is no way to say who would win between this sort of Fantasy Versus thingy, unless they've actually battled in the past. So probably Sidious. But nothing's definate.

Sidious trained Maul... He would have the edge.
