Iron man is my fave Marvel character, I also hace a sopt spot for XO so who wins?

I like XO armour alot more than Iron man. About the fight XO have what IM has and also healing ability on its own. That will give him the win in a non prep fight.

I don't know XO is as versatile and his ion cannons don't hit as hard, physically I don't think he is as strong either.

Iron Man stomps in a direct power contest

I used to think XO had his number, and in terms of many of his suits, XO still has him beat. These days however, Iron Man is quite a bit more powerful than he was during the 90’s when XO cut through his suit like paper. Current Iron Man has a much better chance of winning, but I wouldn’t sell Aric short. The substance that his suit is composed of is still superior to the material that Tony uses. XO’s core tech IMO is also superior.

I don't think I'm selling him short.
