Full power Spectre isnt Presences equal in power when has this ever been stated. Its just a silly assumtion IMO. That slike saying full power Dr Strange is equal to Eternity and the Vishanti.

Spectre was full power when he fought the Anti Monitor wasnt he? He still got punked. Pre-ret Beyonder was more powerful than AM.

I still say Beyonder

If this means only the heroes and not cosmics or allies ill go with Beyonder and Korvac and easily at that.

And of the two, pre-recton Beyonder before he became "just" cube level.
